Clinical Data Standards Analyst

The Clinical Data Standards Analyst will be responsible for collaborating with consortium groups and other stakeholders to develop and implement data standards for pediatric cancer types. They will play a key role in defining the ontologies of the PCDC and working with software engineers to develop, instantiate, and populate the data model.

We’re looking for someone with a college or university degree, work experience in a related field, and relevant subject matter knowledge.

Semantic Engineer

We are hiring a Semantic Engineer to design, develop, and implement semantic data annotation, integration, and search technologies in the context of the Center for Cancer Data Harmonization and the PCDC cloud compute environment.

We’re looking for someone with with a wide breadth of skills in software development, a college or university degree in a related field, and 5-7 years of related work experience. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of biomedical ontologies and other specific competencies that are listed in the job description.
