Cancer Survivorship Health and Records Project (C-SHARP)

With C-SHARP, Data for the Common Good is partnering with Momcology, Team Bright Side, and Hyundai Hope on Wheels to better understand the experiences of pediatric cancer survivors and to develop improvements to survivorship care.

About the Project

C-SHARP consists of two new remote studies aimed at helping researchers understand how young adult survivors currently manage their health data and medical care.

Interview Study: A 45-minute remote interview on your current survivorship health data preferences.

Records Study: Work with the research team to gain access to your medical records from your treatment institution.
