Research Faculty
The University of Chicago’s Department of Pediatrics in the Biological Sciences seeks full-time Research Professors of any rank. The appointees will play pivotal roles in biostatistical research, involved in all aspects of statistical considerations from early phase engagement, data management, data analysis, to the final stages of knowledge dissemination from a variety of research projects (clinical and pre-clinical) within the Department of Pediatrics and Data for the Common Good. This position offers appointees with career opportunities in advancing biomedical data analytics and project management skills. Applicants must 1) have a doctoral degree or equivalent in the biostatistics, statistics, applied mathematics, bioinformatics, computer science or related field and 2) have completed postdoctoral training prior to the start of employment.
